Welcome to Porta Potty Central. By accessing or using our website, services, and renting our equipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
By renting equipment from Porta Potty Central, you agree to our standard rental terms, which include but are not limited to correct usage, protecting equipment from unreasonable damage, and providing unrestricted access for delivery and pickup.
Payment is generally required upon booking unless an account has been established with different terms. We accept major credit cards for convenience. Any additional fees incurred during the rental period (e.g., severe damage, extended rental times, over-tonnage for dumpsters) will be billed to the card on file.
We strive to meet all delivery and pickup windows. However, times are not guaranteed due to potential unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, delays at disposal facilities). The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery area is clear and accessible.
You agree to use our rental items (dumpsters, porta potties, etc.) responsibly and strictly for their intended purposes. Hazardous materials, toxic waste, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our dumpsters.
Porta Potty Central is not liable for damage to property during delivery or pickup (including but not limited to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, and low-hanging wires) when acting on the customer's placement instructions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms.
