By accessing or using the Porta Potty Central website, our services, or renting equipment coordinated through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Rental agreement

By renting equipment through Porta Potty Central, you agree to standard rental terms, which include correct usage, protecting equipment from unreasonable damage, and providing unrestricted access for delivery and pickup.

2. Payment and billing

Payment is generally required upon booking unless an account has been established with different terms. Additional fees incurred during the rental period, such as damage, extended rental time, or over-tonnage on dumpsters, are billed to the card on file.

3. Delivery and pickup

We work to meet every delivery and pickup window, but times are not guaranteed. Traffic, weather, and delays at disposal facilities all affect routing. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery area is clear and accessible.

4. Acceptable use

Rental items must be used responsibly and strictly for their intended purpose. Hazardous materials, toxic waste, and illegal substances are prohibited in dumpsters.

5. Liability

Porta Potty Central is not liable for property damage during delivery or pickup, including driveways, lawns, sidewalks, and low-hanging wires, when acting on the customer's placement instructions.

6. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are published on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
